About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, client-focused EB Client Servicing Manager to manage and support corporate clients within our Employee Benefits (EB) vertical, with a focus on Health Insurance solutions. The role involves end-to-end servicing, policy administration, client relationship management, and coordination with internal teams and insurers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients in the EB – Health Insurance portfolio.
- Handle policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and claims support.
- Coordinate with insurers for quotations, underwriting, and customized solutions.
- Conduct on-boarding sessions and educate employees on policy benefits and usage.
- Ensure timely renewal of group health insurance policies and other benefits.
- Address client queries, complaints, and grievances with a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand evolving needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, claims, operations, and underwriters.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for client review and internal reporting.
- Support in policy structuring, pricing discussions, and benefit enhancements.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA in Insurance/Healthcare preferred).
- Experience in client servicing within the Employee Benefits or Health Insurance domain.
- Strong understanding of group health insurance products and policy administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work independently.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in an insurance broking firm or TPA.
- IRDAI certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of Group Personal Accident and Group Term Life Insurance will be an advantage.
