New Client Acquisition Specialist – Recruitment Firm

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

– Identify and qualify potential new clients globally through market research, networking, and targeted outreach, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.

– Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and acquire key accounts, contributing to the firm’s overall revenue targets.

– Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our recruitment services and HR consulting expertise.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations, fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business.

– Negotiate and close contracts with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and alignment with our firm’s strategic objectives.

– Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to understand their capabilities and effectively position our services to meet client needs, maximizing client satisfaction.

– Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and deal closures, providing regular updates to management and contributing to sales forecasting.

– Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, informing our sales strategies and maintaining a competitive edge.

Required Skillset:

– Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals in a B2B environment, preferably within the recruitment or HR consulting industry.

– Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships, showcasing a results-oriented approach.

– Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, enabling effective interaction with clients at all levels.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, allowing for a consultative sales approach and tailored solutions.

– Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation, discipline, and effective time management.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
