About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager – Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, focusing on Broker General Insurance recruitment within the BFSI sector. In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process and onboarding. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your efforts will directly impact the growth and success of our organisation by attracting and retaining top talent in the competitive insurance brokerage market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates for Broker General Insurance roles within the BFSI sector, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, to efficiently fill open positions with high-caliber talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand their talent needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices, improving the quality of hires.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to reduce time-to-fill.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices, enabling the organisation to remain competitive in talent acquisition.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, enhancing the company’s employer brand and attracting top talent.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise the talent acquisition process, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skillset:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful talent acquisition strategies within the BFSI sector, specifically in Broker General Insurance.
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner, understanding business needs and aligning talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
  • Adaptable to working in an on-site environment in Mumbai
