Company Overview:
This role/position is responsible for ensuring that all vertical applications within Organisation is designed, implemented, monitored and managed in a superior manner using the best practices to meet the current and future needs of the organisation.
The application(s) should deliver high performance efficiently and effectively. The responsibilities include liaison with the vendors, third-party partners, Insurance & Banking companies, Third Party Administrators and monitoring the performance of the vendors/third-party vendors against established service level agreements.

- IT Forecasting & Budgeting
- Conceptualisation, Implementation and Effective Management of New IT Initiatives and Enhancements
- IT Infrastructure and New Application Management
- IT Partner and Vendor Management
- IT Security & Business Continuity Planning
- Team Management
- To provide functional and technical support in the requirement gathering, design building, deployment and integration of the business applications, and any subsequent enhancements. The role also troubleshoots application-specific issues to ensure the sustainability of the application and extends support to end-users whenever required.
