The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CCS/CC&B) implementations, enhancements, and support. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver high-quality solutions within the Oracle Utilities ecosystem.
Roles and Responsiblities :-
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into Oracle CCS/CC&B functional and technical solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle CCS modules including Customer Information, Billing, Payments, Meter Data, and Service Agreements.
- Participate in system design, development, testing, and deployment of Oracle CCS solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate CCS with other enterprise systems.
- Provide support during SIT, UAT, and production deployment phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to billing, customer data, and service processes.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and solution artifacts.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle Utilities best practices and implementation standards.
- Support performance optimization and system enhancements.
Must Have:
- Strong experience in Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CCS/CC&B) implementation and support.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities framework, configuration, and customization.
- Experience working with billing, customer management, payments, and meter data modules.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Experience in requirement analysis, solution design, and testing support.
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience with 2+ Years CCS & with other systems using APIs or middleware.
Good To Have:
- Experience with Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) or Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service.
- Knowledge of Java, Groovy, or Oracle Utilities scripting.
- Experience in utilities domain (electricity, water, gas).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum project environments.
- Experience in data migration and performance tuning.
Qualification & skills :-
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Oracle Utilities certifications are a plus.
