The Manager – Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing accounting processes, and supporting business decision-making within the general insurance broking domain.
Position: Manager – Finance (Non-CA)
Location: Jaipur
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and other applicable laws
- Handle financial audits (internal and external) and liaise with auditors
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Support business teams with financial insights and cost optimization strategies
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and guidelines relevant to insurance broking
- Maintain strong internal controls and improve financial processes
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) (CA not required)
- Experience: 5–8 years in finance/accounting roles, preferably in insurance broking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
- Experience in handling audits and regulatory reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
