Manager Accounts & Finance (Non CA) – BFSI

The Manager – Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing accounting processes, and supporting business decision-making within the general insurance broking domain.

Position: Manager – Finance (Non-CA)

Location: Gift City, Ahmedabad
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA
Industry: General Insurance Broking

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and other applicable laws
  • Handle financial audits (internal and external) and liaise with auditors
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
  • Support business teams with financial insights and cost optimization strategies
  • Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and guidelines relevant to insurance broking
  • Maintain strong internal controls and improve financial processes

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) (CA not required)
  • Experience: 5–8 years in finance/accounting roles, preferably in insurance broking or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
  • Experience in handling audits and regulatory reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
